Baked from scratch in my little studio in Sutherland, each and every cake is handmade by Me. Banana split, Caramel popcorn, white choc and more ....

Originally trained at TAFE and within the walls of ACP and the famous Australian Women's Weekly Test Kitchen, I leant the art of recipe development and worked as a photo chef for various food publications. Over the years I have become obsessed with all things sweet and turned into a massive Cake Nerd, inspiring me to open my own little Studio in March 2013. Now, I spend my days playing with sugar and spice and all things nice, creating little pieces of edible art for you. If I'm not out on a photo shoot baking and decorating for food magazines and cookbooks you'll find me in my own little space working on a wedding cake, christening cake or a sassy little naked cake.
