Trained in the famous Australian Womens Weekly Test Kitchen developing recipes for magazines and cookbooks and cooking for photography, I learnt very quickly to pay attention to the finer details and developed a real passion for great flavours. Let me help you to create the perfect cake for your occasion. My cake mission is to make you smile with a cake that tastes as amazing as it looks and one you can't wait to show off to your friends!! Gluten free? Not a problem......I am a Coeliac and understand the issues with gluten free foods.
